Baldernock, East Dunbartonshire, one of the smallest parishes in Scotland, a rural, beautiful area less than six miles from the centre of Glasgow.
Trails + Tales
Trails + Tales was a three-year arts and heritage learning programme which engaged artists with communities to explore their local history and heritage.
The Trails + Tales project developed an online exhibition of objects. These objects combine to tell some of the histories of East Dunbartonshire through an interactive timeline. Two timelines, one which is informed by the rich community archives discovered and another which is from EDLC collections . . . the story of East Dunbartonshire told in 110 objects.
